CONFERENCE TYPES · SALES KICKOFFS
Sales kickoff merch pressed live, while the energy is real
An SKO is the one room where everyone already loves the logo. Live printing turns that into team identity you can see: region shirts, club gear, and award-night pieces made in front of the people earning them.
Identity gear beats generic gear
The standard SKO move is a pre-printed hoodie in a size nobody confirmed. The better move is a press in the foyer: reps pick their region design, their club-level badge, or the year's rally cry, and it is pressed while they hold their coffee. Presidents Club members get something visibly different — and everyone notices.
Award nights are where live personalization lands hardest. Names and titles pressed onto jackets as winners walk off stage turns a trophy moment into a wearable one. We run these from a side table with a runner carrying finished pieces back to the front.

How SKO stations get quoted
- Room, not booth: hotel ballrooms and offsites mean easier load-ins than convention centers — often a lower total than an expo engagement.
- Tight headcounts: internal events have exact rosters, so blank orders are precise and leftovers near zero.
- Fast windows: most SKO printing happens in two or three concentrated bursts (arrival, dinner, awards) rather than all-day floor hours — we staff to the bursts.
- Brand police friendly: your brand team approves every design and placement before we produce a single transfer.
